Kelly Akemi Groth was born and raised in the Bay Area and has spent over a decade working on several local progressive campaigns, including candidates and ballot measures. Kelly has a diverse expertise in policy, grassroots campaigns, and data management which has led to her success in delivering winning campaigns.

During her five-year tenure at NextGen America, Kelly managed several state budgets and operational procedures, showcasing her adeptness in financial management, strategic planning, and operations.

After three years as a legislative aide in City Hall, Kelly is committed to driving positive change in San Francisco’s political landscape in her new role as a consultant.
